Randy Mixon

Hilliard Randolph “Randy” Mixon, 74, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, February 16, 2026.

Left to cherish Randy’s memories are his loving wife of 9 years, Crystal G. Mixon, his beautiful daughters: Olivia Mixon and Everleigh Mixon, siblings: Forest (Marlene) Mixon and Francine (Fred) Wyncoop, in-laws, Karen Galloway, Sylvia Mixon, Frances Mixon, close friend, Daniel Jackson, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Randy was born on January 2, 1952, in Walterboro, South Carolina, to the late Hilliard Darlin Mixon and the late Ruby Mae Cooper. He is also preceded in death by his siblings: Bobby Mixon, Benny Mixon, Jeryl Mixon, Donnie Mixon, Betty Chavis, and Josie Shankman, and great niece, Robbie Mixon.

Randy was a faithful member of Berlin Baptist Church. After graduating high school, Randy became a truck driver. He was employed by PET Milk Company for many years before working for Werner Enterprise where he retired after 27 years of service. He was extremely proud of the many safety mileage awards he received during his years of trucking, especially his 2-million-mile safety recognition award. Above all, Randy loved his wife and his daughters, they were the apple of his eye.  

Visitation will be 11 am – 12 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Berlin Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 12 pm also in the church sanctuary. Dr. Mike McCormick will be ministering to the family.
